Ingredients
- Chopped tomato
 - Ham
 - Chicken
 - Onion
 - Gherkin
 - Bacon
 - Cheese
 - Wrap (brown or white)
 - Mayonnaise
 - Mustard
 - Black olives
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 - Paprika
 - Pepper sauce
 
Preparation
- On a cutting board, chop your tomatoes into thin circles
 - Chop your cooked meat of choice into bitesize pieces
 - Chop your gherkin into thin slices
 - Chiffonade cut your lettuce (1 minute tutorial below)
 
Dressing
- Mix 1-2 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl
 - Add 1 tablespoon of your olives
 - Add a pinch of paprika and stir altogether
 
Wrap
- Put your wrap on the plate and cover with your ham and cheese. Put as many or as little as you want
 - Microwave this for 20 seconds
 - Neatly add the rest of your toppings (tomatoes, lettuce, olives, gherkin, meat of your choice, cheese)
 - Drizzle on your mayo mustard dressing
